Bamibi Limited Warranty Policy
We warrant that all Bamibi® products, will be free from material defects, damage caused by improper care prior to the time of purchase, and workmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, failure to follow the instructions on installation, accident, unauthorized repair, or alteration. On this page, “Bamibi® Products” means all covered products including pregnancy pillow, breastfeeding pillow, pregnancy covers, playpens and silver nursing cups.
If your Bamibi® Product is defective and is eligible for this limited warranty, we will repair or replace your product at our discretion.

Additional Information
There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Bamibi® Products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall Mocer LLC be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Warranty Claim
If your product was purchased from one of our authorized sellers’ you can submit your warranty claim via the retailer. Alternatively, please email us directly on bamibi.cs@elevatebrands.co and our customer service team will be able to take you through the process. Please ensure to include the following information when submitting a warranty claim:
- - Proof of purchase (i.e. Order number and date of purchase)
- - Contact details – Name, contact number, email address, address
- - Product name
- - Details of the warranty claim – what is wrong with the product? Include photo’s if possible.
We will review the information you submit and then inform you whether your Warranty claim is approved or denied. We will also contact you if we need more information to resolve your Warranty claim.
